Memberships (Tickets) and Registration
General Information
I need all of the details immediately. I’m excited, and I must know everything right now. Where can I find more information?
You can find some details under the “JordanCon 2026” dropdown on the homepage; we’ll update information as it becomes available. Please also follow us on social media so you can get all of the latest info as soon as it comes out!
Where do I sign up for Makers Track classes?
A sign-up sheet for the day will be posted outside the Makers Track room (Gardenia) every morning: Friday after 12:30pm, Saturday & Sunday after 9am. Please sign up on the sheet; limited spots are available first-come first-served. Some classes have a fee, please pay in cash to the class teacher at the time of the class. Check the schedule for class specifics, timings, and fee amounts.
Where will the Brandon Sanderson signings be located?
The signings will take place in the Productivity Studio, which is on the side of the lobby near where the elevator is located. We will have people line up along the walls down the hallway. Please make sure you have your signing ticket ready. Signing tickets and rules are available on the Dragonsteel website until sold out.

How can I buy my ticket to JordanCon?
Pre-sale of membership for 2026 is now closed. Onsite membership sales will be available for purchase on the website at 9:30pm EDT on Thursday April 16th.
Onsite Memberships are first come, first served and will be available for pick-up starting Friday morning at Registration Table. Price is $149 and includes all 3 days! If you can’t come to con until Saturday morning, we recommend purchasing the memberships on Thursday night to ensure we have one waiting for you when you are able to make it.
Will volunteering get me a free ticket to attend JordanCon?
Volunteers are made up of members who purchase tickets.
Do I have to buy a new membership every year?
Unless you have previously purchased an eternal membership, yes, you do have to buy a new membership each year. JordanCon no longer sells eternal memberships.

Can I bring a weapon for my costume?

Hotel
How do I book my hotel room?
Our blocks at the host hotel, Crowne Plaza Ravinia, and the overflow hotel, Hyatt Place Perimeter, are now closed.
 How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
To get to the hotel from the airport on the MARTA, you will need to take the Red line going north. The trip takes approximately 40 minutes. You will get off the train at the Dunwoody Station. The hotel is 0.3 miles (0.48km) east from the station. You can walk east along Hammond Drive, and the hotel will be on your left. There is not a hotel shuttle that will take you from the airport or station to the hotel.
Please note: MARTA is updating their fare payment system. Old Breeze cards with money on them will still be honored, but you won’t be able to reload them. Learn more at : https://itsmarta.com/betterbreeze.aspx
How can I eat at the hotel?
The cafe will be open for coffee starting at 6:30AM and will close at 3:00PM. The upstairs bar is open! Bar service will start at 4:00PM and go until 11:00PM, but they may stay open later if it’s busy. They will also have a small selection of food available. The downstairs bar will be open from 4:00PM until 1:00AM. The hotel restaurant will be open from 6:30AM until 11:00AM for breakfast and 5:00PM until 10:00PM for dinner. Please don’t forget the ConSuite will be available for meals, as well!
Is there a hotel shuttle?
There is a hotel shuttle, however, the hours are limited, and it will be outbound only. If you would like more information, please visit the concierge desk near the front of the hotel.
 Can I park at the hotel if I’m not staying there?
Yes! Visit the front desk or concierge and let them know you’re not staying at the hotel, but are parked there. They should give you a voucher for discounted parking.
What is the pet policy?
Only service animals are allowed in official convention spaces. Â Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us.
