I need all of the details immediately. I’m excited, and I must know everything right now. Where can I find more information?

We are still working on plans and preparations for the event. We will continue to release information here and on our social media channels as it becomes available.





I didn’t get a membership. When will I be able to buy one?

Memberships are now completely sold out.  Eternal memberships will not be returning.

There will be no ticket sales at the door this year.  No single day tickets will be available.

No physical ticket will be sent to you in advance. Your purchase will be marked as “Pending” in your JordanCon account until the event is completed.


Is my membership purchased for 2021 rolled over to 2022?

We have finished up processing rollover information from 2019/2020. If you believe you RSVPed to roll your membership over, check your emails for an email from titled “Your rollover membership from 2019/2020 to 2022.” If you do not have an email in any of your email folders (including junk/spam), please email Finance at the above email address so they can check on it for you. Include your order number and/or email address that you used to purchase your membership(s).


If I have never attended, but want to come this year, is volunteering my only way in? Or will volunteers be selected from the existing people with paid memberships?

Volunteers will be made up of members who purchase 2022 memberships.


Do I have to buy a new membership every year?

Unless you have purchased an eternal membership, yes, you do have to buy a new membership each year.




What precautions are you taking to make sure attendees are safe at the event?

Masks will be required in all convention spaces and we will, at the minimum, be following CDC recommendations throughout the event.

We will continue to monitor the situation as we get closer to the convention, and we will update our safety precautions as needed. Please check back here for the most up-to-date information.





If I do not already have a reservation, how do I book my hotel room?

Here is the link to book your hotel room for JordanCon 2022. This link will allow you to reserve your room for the event and any additional days you will need before or after the scheduled convention days. Just remember that if you need to reserve any days outside of the block dates you will have to pay a standard hotel rate for those additional days. The convention rate is $119 per night and parking will be discounted to $10 per night. (The website will say $16 by default, but just make sure you check your statement at the hotel to ensure you got the discounted rate.) Pay special attention to the dates when you book your hotel stay. If you don’t select dates on the website, it will book an 8-night stay by default. If you have any trouble with the link, you can also use the group block code: FKQ.


Why does the reservation site default the check in date to Tuesday, April 19, 2022 and the check out date to Wednesday, April 27, 2022?

This is to allow travelers who want to come in earlier or stay later to still take advantage of the convention rate. You just need to adjust the dates to fit your travel plans before searching for a room.





I ordered a t-shirt and/or Anthology for the 2021 event, but I wasn’t able to attend, what can I do to get it?

The JordanCon Store held all orders not picked up at JordanCon 2021 to be available for you or a proxy at JordanCon 2022.


I contributed to the JordanCon Fundraiser on GoFundme. When can I get my rewards?

All rewards for the JordanCon GoFundMe Charity Fundraiser will be distributed at JordanCon 2022.
