Hello all!
We are still accepting items for the Charity Auction. I just know you’ve been thinking, “I gotta get my items submitted. Where is that darn submission link?” Please allow us to help with that: SUBMISSION LINK
We will be accepting all the donations at the Charity Auction on Friday, starting immediately after Opening Ceremonies and setting them up for display as they come in up until the room closes at 7pm. For other arrangements, please reach out to charityevents@jordancon.org
We certainly recognize that not everyone has cool stuff they want to donate, but we are sure that everyone will want to bid on what we will have in the Charity Auction. We have a link for that too. See how good we are to you all? https://www.32auctions.com/JordanCon2026
Bidding will open on Saturday at 10 am and run through 6:30 pm. While this is being run through an online process, it is still an on-site auction only. You do actually need to be here to bid or have someone onsite willing to place bids for you. We don’t accept people into the Auction to bid unless we’ve seen your lovely face in person. You just need to request access online and then come visit us (you’re coming to ogle the auction items anyhow, right) to prove you’re here. We’ll accept you right then and there and you’re good to go. If you are one of those wonderful people that’s willing to bid on items for friends in the real world, please remember that YOU are the one that bid and we’ll expect payment from you. Any financial exchanges with the outside world are your responsibility.
CONGRATULATIONS!! You’ve won your bid(s). Now what?? Simply come back to the Charity Auction on Sunday morning between 10 am and noon to pay for your items(s). We only accept plastic as payment, so remember to bring your credit or debit cards.
Hmmm . . . I wonder if that highlighted, italicized, red text above is important. Let’s assume yes. Please don’t make us hunt you down. If items are not picked up, it may affect whether we let you into the Auction in future years.
Wasn’t that simple? Other arrangements can be made, but you’ll need to talk to Hopper, Dany, Larry, or Kristi to do so.

When you look at the JordanCon schedule, there is a good chance these thoughts will run through your brain:
“There are so many things happening. Do I need a strategy? Should I have studied?”
First of all, no.
Second of all, you’re not alone.
That reaction is completely normal, and it’s exactly why tracks exist.
Think of tracks as friendly signposts, not requirements. They help you find panels and activities that match your interests, without boxing you in or testing your fandom credentials. There are no quizzes. No gatekeeping. Just good conversations organized so you can find your people a little faster.
So, What Are These Tracks?
JordanCon programming is grouped into tracks by topic. Here’s the lineup:
- Main Programming — Featured panels, guest appearances, and marquee events. A great place to start if you’re not sure where to go first.
- Wheel of Time Track — Lore panels, character discussions, and fan theory conversations. Deep and beginner-friendly.
- Worlds of Brandon Sanderson Track — Panels dedicated to Brandon Sanderson’s works, from the Cosmere to his standalone novels. WoT fans often feel right at home here.
- Fantasy Track — Everything beyond WoT: books, shows, worldbuilding, genre trends.
- Science Fiction Track — Big ideas and bold futures. Great for curious minds.
- Writers Track — Craft, publishing, and storytelling. You don’t need to be published to belong here.
- Author’s Workshop Track — Hands-on writing sessions. Participatory and low-pressure.
- Gaming Track — Tabletop, RPGs, and game culture. A great way to connect.
- LitRPG Track — Stories that feel like games and fans who love explaining why.
- Makers Track — Costuming, crafts, and hands-on creative workshops.
You Don’t Have to Pick Just One (Seriously)
Tracks overlap, and nobody is checking your hall pass. Many attendees wander freely between them, following curiosity rather than a rigid plan. You might spend Saturday morning in the Wheel of Time Track, duck into a Writers panel after lunch, and end the afternoon watching someone build a prop in the Makers room. That’s not indecisive, that’s a perfectly valid JordanCon day.
JordanCon uses Sched to organize the weekend. You can browse the full schedule online or download the app to build a personal plan.
Pro tip: leave some breathing room. The unplanned moments are often the best ones, and ConSuite snacks aren’t going to eat themselves.
Questions about programming?
Reach out to the Programming Team at programming@jordancon.org.
They’re happy to help, and asking questions is encouraged around here.
Use the tracks to find your footing, then wander at your own pace. There’s no wrong way to do this.
Welcome Home! We’re glad you’re here. 💙

Welcome to TanchiCon! The capital of intrigue, culture, and your next favorite weekend.
If this is your first JordanCon, let’s get the most important thing out of the way first: you do not need to know everything, read everything, or recognize everyone to belong here.
JordanCon has always been a little more family reunion than intimidating mega-con, and new members are very much part of that tradition.
This year’s theme draws inspiration from Tanchico, one of the oldest and most vibrant cities in The Wheel of Time. Known for its white-plastered buildings, winding streets, masked traditions, and political intrigue, Tanchico is a place where secrets are traded, alliances shift, and everyone seems to be wearing at least one metaphorical veil.
If that sounds exciting — great.
If it sounds overwhelming — also great.
You’re doing it right.
That’s where New Member Services comes in.
Our job is to help you navigate your first JordanCon with confidence, curiosity, and maybe even a little swagger. Over the next few months, we’ll be sharing guides, tips, and gentle nudges to help you figure out what you want your JordanCon to look like — because no two experiences are ever the same.
You’ll hear from us in a few different ways, so keep an eye out for:
- ✨ Virtual pre-con events, including casual meet-and-greets and orientation-style sessions
- 🕵️ Information about the Con Game, designed to help you explore the con space while uncovering secrets of the Panarch’s Court
- 📝 More blog posts spotlighting different parts of JordanCon — panels, traditions, social events, and all the things first-timers tend to wonder about at 2 a.m.
If you ever have questions (big, small, or “I’m not even sure how to ask this”), we’d love to hear from you.

We’re here to help, to reassure, and occasionally to say, “Yep, that feeling is normal or Come sit with us.”
You don’t need a perfect plan.
You just need curiosity, comfortable shoes, and maybe a water bottle.
Welcome to the city.
Welcome home.
